Introduction

Welcome to EduTrack. By using the platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before creating your account or using any of the platform's features.

The Service

EduTrack is an online platform for managing educational institutes, including student and group management, attendance, sessions, online exams, payments and reports. EduTrack reserves the right to develop the service or add or remove any features at any time.

Accounts & subscriptions

  • The data provided when creating an account must be accurate and up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential.
  • The Basic plan is free forever and includes up to 3 study groups and 30 students.
  • The Advanced plan is a paid plan renewed monthly or yearly according to the period you choose.
  • EduTrack may suspend the account in case of breach of these terms or unlawful use of the platform.

Payments & billing

Paid plan fees are paid in advance for the selected period. We do not offer full cash refunds after a subscription period has started, except in cases decided by the support team. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and the change applies to the next billing cycles.

User obligations

  • Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.
  • Do not attempt to hack the platform or gain unauthorized access to others' data.
  • Do not copy, reproduce, sell or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
  • Bear responsibility for the accuracy of the data you enter into the platform.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, designs, content and trademarks, belong to EduTrack. Users are granted only a limited personal license to use the platform in accordance with these terms.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties. EduTrack is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform, or for any educational or financial decisions made based on the data provided.

Account cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time through the settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

EduTrack may modify these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes, and your continued use of the platform after the change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes arising from them shall be resolved before the competent Egyptian courts.
