License scope

EduTrack grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-assignable license to use the platform and its features in accordance with the plan you subscribed to and these terms. The license remains valid while your account is active and compliant with the terms of use.

What is permitted

• Using the platform to manage your educational institute lawfully and legitimately.
• Entering and managing your institute's student data.
• Exporting your reports and data in PDF or Excel formats according to your plan.
• Accessing the platform from the number of devices allowed by your plan.

What is not permitted

• Selling, renting or sharing your account or login credentials with a third party.
• Reselling or redistributing the platform or any part of it as a standalone service.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the platform's source code.
• Using the platform in multiple institutes without subscribing to the appropriate plans.
• Exceeding or attempting to exceed any limit imposed by your plan (such as the number of students or groups).

Ownership

The platform and all its components, including software, designs, interfaces, content and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of EduTrack. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or its parts.

Your data

The data you enter into the platform (students, attendance, payments and more) belongs to your institute. We grant you the right to export and transfer it at any time. We do not use your data for purposes outside the scope of providing the service.

Termination of license

The license automatically terminates when you cancel your account, end your subscription, or when EduTrack closes your account for violating the terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the platform, and your data is deleted according to the privacy policy.

Warranties

The license and the platform are provided 'as is'. EduTrack does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and its liability is limited to fixing errors and providing support according to the applicable support policies.
